Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Magnetic shelves are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Standard shipping via UPS/FedEx typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within Canada.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive flat-rate shipping based on order location. Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD.

 

Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Damage in Transit

If your shelf arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us within 48 hours at asmr2025myear@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately—no need to return the damaged item.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Canada only. International orders may be available upon request; contact us for a quote.
